AGS LLC, a United States-based supplier of slots, table games and interactive products to the global gaming industry, has announced three senior appointments it says will strengthen the firm’s commercial slot sales strategy, operations and “enterprise client development”.
John McColl (pictured, left) has been named senior director of slot sales strategy; Mark Morton (pictured centre) will serve as vice president of slot sales strategy; and Loren Rosenberg (pictured, right) has taken on the role of vice president of commercial slot strategy and operations.
Jackson Floyd, vice president of slots at AGS, was cited as saying in a Wednesday press release: “These hires represent a significant step forward in building a best-in-class commercial organisation.”
He added: “John, Mark, and Loren have each demonstrated an ability to translate strategy into measurable results, and their leadership will help the team sharpen our focus on performance, efficiency, and delivering greater value across our slot portfolio.”
Mr McColl will focus on expanding the brand’s slot market share and revenue, “while building a data-driven approach to cover AGS’ total addressable market,” per the update.
His career spanning more than 30 years across the gaming sector including roles at Gaming Analytics Inc; the legacy Scientific Games Corp-Bally Technologies Inc setup; and the former U.S.-based casino operator Harrah’s Entertainment.
Mr Morton most recently served as senior vice president at software firm Marker Trax and payment-services provider Koin, where he led commercial strategy, pricing, and enterprise contract execution with leading casino operators including Boyd Gaming Corp, Golden Entertainment Inc, and Penn National.
Before joining AGS, Mr Rosenberg held senior leadership roles at slot machine specialist Aristocrat and at Everi Holdings Inc, where he “led global product and development teams while overseeing portfolio strategy through periods of meaningful growth and transformation,” according to the announcement.
